NISSAN ALL NEW MICRA

Studio : Superbien



For the press launch of the fifth generation of the micra, Nissan invites 200 journalists to dubrovnik. The agency Live! by GL events entrusted studio Superien with artistic direction and content design.

I participated in the scenography, artistic direction, writing of the opening film and directing. I also created content with the Superbien teams.




Event report.



We were looking for a strong gesture to accentuate the impact of this reveal. I worked on the idea of a sculpture mixing mirror, video and neon animations. The idea was to imagine the car popping out of a screen, and freezing that moment. A shattering entry!




The scenography has evolved into a more realistic version while keeping the initial dynamic. This allowed for additional choreography to be added with the addition of a video catwalk and a spinner.



Storyboards that I made that accompanied the script and laid the foundation for the artistic direction.



In the “experiential corridor” which led to the show room, the request was to destabilize the guests and to play on the suspense, without revealing anything of the lines of the new car. I started with the idea of animated gifs, with an epileptic effect that suggested the old nissan micra. Kind of like there was a computer bug.
